SkyQuest International Announces the Sale & Delivery of 1968 Beechcraft 99 Aircraft to Pro Aire Cargo & Consulting, Inc.

Winston-Salem, NC – Monday, June 6, 2016 – SkyQuest International, LLC is pleased to announce the sale and delivery of one 1968 Beechcraft 99 aircraft (Serial Number: U-32, Registration: N101CU) to Pro Aire Cargo & Consulting, Inc. in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

The Beech 99 is a civilian aircraft manufactured by the Beechcraft Corporation. It is also known as the Beech 99 Airliner and the Commuter 99. This twin-engine, passenger turboprop aircraft model was derived from earlier King Air and Queen Air models, using the wings of the Queen Air, the engines and nacelles of the King Air, sub-systems from both, and has a unique nose structure only found on the this model. The first Beech 99 took flight in July 1966.

There are currently about 126 active Beech 99 operating around the world today with almost 50% of these operated by Ameriflight LLC as freighters. The average market value of a Beech 99 is $375,000 and fifteen (15) 99s were sold/purchased in 2015.
